ARTWORK DELIVERY:
Please allow about 7 working days for delivery, or 12 working days if a print-on-demand item is purchased. Please take note of any information that is provided on the sale page of any specific artwork or product.
RETURN POLICY
I take great care when making and packaging creative pieces, so hope that it would never be necessary, but should you be dissatisfied with your purchase once delivered, you are welcome to return or exchange the item(s) within 7 days of receiving it. Please ensure that the creative work is securely packaged for return, and note that I will only refund the full price of the item(s) and not the postage and packaging costs.
PACKAGING
I encourage you to reuse, repurpose or recycle the packaging used to protect your product during delivery. Feel free to contact me if you need help to find a recycling depot in your area, or if you’d like some ideas about how to reuse the packaging.
My beautiful piece of art arrived promptly and was wrapped with clear love and care – Janet even included a handwritten thank-you note! It was such an experience to invest in one of her pieces and I am honoured to have it in my home.

However, no warranty is given that my website is 100% safe to use at all times, without errors, and as such you use my website at your own risk. In no event will I be liable for any loss or damages of whatsoever nature suffered by you – directly or indirectly – arising out of the use of my website or online shop. You agree that I do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to my website, and operation of my website and online shop may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of my control.
