Art helps us to move, express and transform emotions. Art can help to deal with emotional trauma and negative experiences.
On or close to every full moon I offer a meditation & Art journaling process to help you express your feelings, shift your thinking, and let go of what no longer serves you.

Bring a little cushion or picnic blanket to sit on, water bottle, snack if you’d like, your notebook/journal, and art materials that are easy to carry if we take a walk amongst the trees.
Instead of worrying about what you cannot control, shift your energy to what you can create. Colour outside the lines, live outside the box. Don’t let anyone tell you what to do, or not. Don’t be afraid, listen to your heart.
Heaven is a state of being – of one-ness, and Hell is a state of being – lost. We simply need to live as we best define ourselves, find our own ways of being who we are in our world.
