A New Cycle Begins

Created by combining painted textures and photographs of stones and a leaf with a hand-cut pattern, symbolizing cycles, specifically the start of Autumn, and periods of transition in an individual’s personal life. This comes specifically from my own transformation as an artist, woman, and human being – shifting through phases of life, stepping onto new pathways, letting go of what no longer serves me – in the same way that Autumn leaves fall to the ground from the trees.
